I really liked this episode of Season 6 (which isnt my favorite season, same with 5) called Makes Zen To Me. I think it's one of the best episodes.

Nice drawing! It’s cute!

I mostly liked tho episode, too, but, while I can‘t say that Blossom and Bubbles didn’t have a valid point about Buttercup going too far in beating up Fuzzy when they were stopping him from committing a crime, I wish that they could have also been more emotionally supportive of their sister and self-aware of their own flaws by admitting that they, too, had also gotten carried away by being exceedingly aggressive and reveling in too much at times, such as in “Bubblevicious” and “Candy is Dandy.” I’m not going to count “Moral Decay” because everyone in the Utonium family came across as VERY UNCHARACTERISTICALLY awful, dysfunctional, hateful, and remorseless in that episode, particularly in regards to Buttercup, and I don’t really believe that they would ever make the bad choices they did, mistreat each other in the ways they did, be that stupid, or react in the cold ways they did in regards to family. Since it’s NEVER mentioned or referenced in the series ever again, and Buttercup goes right back to being an antihero and having relatively happy and normal relationships with her dad and her sisters in the next episode, anyway, I don’t acknowledge ”Moral Decay” as a legit part of canon either. Craig and Lauren sacrificed the integrity, likability, and intelligence of their main characters and their most important theme of the strong bond between Professor Utonium and the girls as family in order to force Buttercup into the role of the antagonist in “Moral Decay“ to needlessly force a moral that greed is bad in an exceedingly cruel and shocking way that didn’t make any sense.

But, I’m still willing to acknowledge “Bubblevicious“ and “Candy is Dandy“ as canon for the classic PPG series, and Blossom and Bubbles had gone too far with aggression those episodes, while fighting. I’m not saying that they didn’t have a valid point when they criticized Buttercup for going too far in beating up Fuzzy in “Makes Zen To Me,” but I wish they could have acknowledged that they weren’t perfect too, rather than just dumping on their sister. It makes them seem hypocritical, and, while there weren’t that many Buttercup centrics in the classic cartoon, anyway, I wish there could have just been ONE that didn’t frame it as her against the world, including her family at times, even when they weren’t perfect at times themselves.
