Scouts and Guardians Unite! (Chapter 24)

After a while of fighting the sinister Nightmares, they soon have disappeared right in front of their eyes. The scouts and guardians gathered up with puzzled looks on their faces.
 
"Huh? They disappeared" said Venus confused.
 
"But why?" Asked Mercury.
 
"And just when we had them all down to the ground" said Jupiter.
 
The guardians gasped. "OH NO!"
 
They rose their eyebrows and then they remembered that they were supposed to see if Jack and Sailor Moon were okay. They were deeply worried now.
 
"SAILOR MOON!" The scouts yelled.
 
"JACK!" Yelled the guardians.
 
"Oh no! I hope their okay!" Said Mars worriedly.
 
"And I hope they got Mini Moon out okay" said Jupiter.
 
"No time for standing around, mates! Let's go save them!" Said Bunnymund.
 
Meanwhile, back in the forest........
 
Confusion hit Jack and Moon's head. They didn't know where their loyal friends went when they said they will be right there in case if something had happened but apparently, they didn't. They walked through the forest.
 
"Hey Frost?" Sailor Moon asked. feeling skeptical.
 
"I know. I have no idea where they are" Jack ran his hand through his hair. Feeling worrisome.
 
"But they wouldn't abandon us like this unless......." Sailor moon thought for a moment.
 
"Unless they went off to fight in town or something!"
 
Sailor moon raised an eyebrow. "Huh? What exactly are you onto, Frost?" She asked.
 
"Pitch must have sent them a distraction so that they wouldn't get in the way of our little confrontation so the others wouldn't come to our rescue!" He finished that claim, catching his breath.
 
Sailor moon just stare at him and he stared back at him.
 
"What? He would do something like that. After all, I do know him more better than you"
 
She rolled her eyes and sighed. "You what?" She said calmly. "Whatever Frost! Now come on. We don't have time to chat up a storm we have to-"
 
"JACK! SAILOR MOON!"
 
A group of voices cut her off. The two turned around and saw it was their loyal friends, whom were relieved they were okay. But they also wondered…… where was Mini Moon? and Why wasn’t she with them? And What happened to her?
 
“Oh thank goodness that you two alright!” said Tooth relieved.
 
"But where's...... Where is the little pink haired girl?" Asked North.
 
The two looked down feeling disgraceful. The others looked at them sympathy.
 
“Well….” Jack began. “We did almost save her but the next thing I knew, Pitch attacked me while she was in my arms. I got her on the ground safely"
 
"But then before we knew it. Pitch attacked us" explained Sailor Moon.
 
"I went up to get her from him then the next thing I knew, he had her as his hostage. He said if I went any closer, he'll hurt her. I was so steamed at him that I wanted to hurt him so bad myself. But I didn't want to risk losing Rini forever. That's why we......." He gulped.
 
"...........Let him go” he said the last three words in statement while cringing and hurting inside.
 
The group gasped in shock.
 
"But...... Jack!" Exclaimed Tooth.
 
"Sailor Moon" Mars said softly. Touching her shoulder in comfort.
 
"We had no other choice, Mars" said Sailor Moon. She turned around to face Mars. "Pitch said that he was going to make sure she was going to.......... Forget us all"
 
They all gasped again.
 
"WHAT?! Why that lowlife piece of garbage!" Bunny spat.
 
"But what did he mean by that?!" Asked Jupiter.
 
"I don't know but I think he means that....." Sailor Moon gasped in the middle of her explanation and turned to Jack. "Oh no! He's going to....."
 
"Turn her into the dark side" said Jack worriedly.
 
"Well what are we just standing around here for?! Let's defeat this creep and save Mini Moon!" Said Venus.
 
The scouts and guardians cheered courageously.
 
"Wait! But there's only one problem" reminded Sailor Moon.
 
"We don't know where Pitch has taken her"
 
"UH! AH!" Suddenly, Mars started to have visions; she held her head and dropped on the ground with only her knees supporting her balance.
 
"MARS!!!!!" The groups yelled anxiously.
 
"Mars! Are you okay?" Asked Sailor Moon. Feeling extremely worried just as the others are.
 
Mars started to sweat and in her vision, she saw the tower of Pisa; a green, white and red flag. And a big cathedral where Mini Moon was tied up screaming,
 
"HELP! PLEASE! SOMEBODY!"
 
Pitch laughed as the young scout cried and yelled for help in agony. "What's the matter!? Afraid of a group of Fearlings!? Don't worry! This won't hurt a bit!........ Wait! I lied! This will hurt!" He mocked her.
 
A dark flock of Fearlings is covering her over her body as she screamed and struggled to get out. She slumped over and her eyes closed, then a shortly, her eyes flew open, now revealing black eyes and hair that turned raven colored dark hair like Pitch's. Her clothes were now dark and evil as well.
 
After that, Mars saw a clock that was set exactly three o'clock in the morning but in reality, it was one o'clock in the morning.
 
Her eyes flew open and she jumped back to reality. She tried to catch her breath. Jumping out of Sailor Moon's arms.
 
"MARS! WHAT'S WRONG?!" Sailor Moon asked very concerned.
 
"Did you have another vision?!" Asked Mercury.
 
"Yes" Mars replied softly. She started to sob and tears started to come down her face.
 
"W... What was it about now? Is it about Mini Moon?" Asked Bunnymund with a worried look in his eyes.
 
She nodded. Wiping the tears from her face.
 
"What happened in there?" Asked North.
 
"Is she...... Going to be okay?" Asked Tooth.
 
Mars looked up at the guardians and scouts. "The place she was taken....... Was Italy" she revealed. "They were at this cathedral and she was..... Yelling and screaming for help but....."
 
It hurt her so much to say this but she was doing this for Mini Moon's sake. She slowly stood up and said,
 
"These strange creatures called..... Fearlings. At least, that's what he said they were. And they were taking over Mini Moon's body. The next I knew, she was...... Not herself. She didn't even look the same either. It’s like she was a completely different person" she explained looking down sadly.
 
Everyone gasped in shocked. Their eyes started to water. But they struggled to fought them off. They knew crying wasn't going to get Mini Moon back so they tried not to start depending on the water works.
 
"No" Moon and Frost whispered.
 
"We can't let that happen!" Said Jack. "DEFINITELY Not going to let this happen! Not on my watch!"
 
"Then what are we waiting for!?" Said Jupiter. “We aren't going to save her just by standing here!"
 
"She's right! Now let's go get Mini Moon back!" Tooth said courageously.
 
"YEAH!" They all shouted bravely.
 
"Wait! But first......" Sailor Moon put out her hand.
 
They were confused at this moment.
 
"Come on guys! For Rini's sake! We have to stick together to get her back and defeat Pitch once and for all!"
 
The scouts nodded and strongly agreed, putting their hands in the middle with Moon's.
 
Moon looked over to the guardians, "Come on guys. You're the guardians! no matter how different we are from each other, no matter what happens to us, we will save Mini Moon"
 
The guardians smiled and nodded, agreeing strongly with Moon.
 
"For Mini Moon" said Tooth. Putting her hand in the middle of the circle.
 
"For the Mini Moon girl" said North, doing the same.
 
"For Mini Moon" said Jack.
 
"For Mini Moon" said Bunnymund.
 
Since Sandy was silent, he just nodded and put his hand in front.
 
"Alright!" Said Sailor Moon. "All for one....."
 
"AND ONE FOR ALL!!!" The groups finished that quote. Raising their hands in the air.
 
"On to the sleigh!" North demanded.
 
Just then, Sailor Moon forgot to mention something else that also left her somewhat puzzled.
 
"Wait!" She stopped them.
 
Everyone looked at her. "What is it, Sailor Moon?" asked Mercury.
 
"I.... I forgot to mention this. Before He captured Mini Moon again, she said to me and Jack that...... Pitch really isn't evil"
 
Everyone was now looking at Moon like if she was kidding or something. Pitch? Not really evil?! Now that to them was priceless and heavily difficult to believe. At least, it was hard mostly for the guardians to believe such a laughable claim.
 
Bunnymund chuckled to himself. "Oh I'm sorry I- I thought I heard you just say that Mini Moon told you that Pitch isn't really truly evil, which we all know that isn't true!"
 
"I hate to break it to you guys but she really DID tell us that" said Jack. Not believing it himself either.
 
"Oh that's BS!" spat Bunnymund. "Everyone knows that the poor bastard doesn't have one good seed in that poor body of his! So I don't believe one thing in that claim"
 
"Well, whether it’s true or not. We have to get going or we'll lose Mini Moon for good!" Said Venus.
 
"Red bow girl is right! To the sleigh!" North commanded. They did as they were told and the scouts formed into a circle to use Sailor Teleport. "Hey Jack"
 
He turned around getting his attention. "Yeah Moon face?"
 
She smiled at him "I hope we get her back safe and sound"
 
He smiled back at her. "Oh trust me. We will"
 
"Sailor Moon come on!" Mars called for her.
 
"Coming!" She replied back. She ran over to the other scouts to join them.
 
Jack was having that funny feeling in his stomach again. He gave her the googling eyed look again, his shoulders began to droop down.
 
"JACK!" Called North.
 
He snapped out of it. "OH! Coming North!" He answered running towards the sleigh.
 
"Alright! We will meet you by the church of Italy!" Said North.
 
The scouts nodded. "And We will be there!" Said Mercury.
 
Before they knew it, the sleigh flew off into the somewhat cloudy and blue night sky.
 
"You know" Mars whispered to Moon. "I think that Jack Frost guy really likes you"
 
Moon looked at Mars in disgust and slightly blushed. "EW NO! DON'T PUT THAT IN MY MIND! I HAVE DARIEN! AND YOU KNOW THAT! Buzz off Mars!"
 
The other scouts laughed then snapped out of the joking and stuff. Remembering their mission.
 
Moon looked up at sky. "Don't worry Mini Moon. No matter how hard it takes. I will save you. We all will"
 
With that, they all closed their eyes and focused on the destination they were going for. The lights of their signature colors started to glow and blend into each other. "SAILOOOR TELEPORT!" They shouted as their feet floated off the ground. The world began to disappear around them. Then...... They were gone. On their way to Italy to save Mini Moon. And they were eager to get there before Mini Moon will become nothing more than Pitch's evil little sidekick and will no longer be the same little girl that they know and love.
 
A/N: Oh gosh! It’s getting dark in this story! But don’t worry! Like I said, there’s going to be a surprise later on in this story! And I will not let it disappoint you! I swear lol Phew this chapter took all day to write and I am Exhausted! But I’m glad I worked hard to write this chapter and I will work even harder on the rest of the story. I feel like I’m improving on my stories since I took that three that vacation LOL Anyways, I Liked writing this chapter and I hope you all enjoyed it ^_^ Stay tuned for chapter 25! Wow!
